Q….Where are the ponies and animals made?
A…. All the Action Animals and the Skewbald Action Pony are manufactured in the beautiful mountain region of Zhejiang Province. The Action Ponies (excluding the Skewbald) are manufactured in the Hi-Tech suburbs of Shanghai.

Q….Do I need to buy batteries for these toys?
A….No. The walking movement of the Action Ponies and Animals is activated by the rider moving up and down on the saddle. The downward movement moves the front legs forward and a combination of the rider standing up on the stirrups and pulling the handles towards the body makes the rear legs return.

Q….Is there any steering method?
A….Action Ponies and Animals can be steered left and right by turning the head handles. All Action Ponies and Animals have a turning circle of approximately150cms.

Q….Will I have to assemble the toy?
A....The Action Animals are packed with the assembled head section loose in the carton, which is easily attached to the body. The Action Ponies are packed completely assembled except for the handles which are separate and easily pushed in to a locked position on each side of the head.

Q….How do I keep the coat clean?
A….The fur coats can be unzipped and removed for cleaning. Once the accessories have been removed, the coat can be either Dry Cleaned or hand washed in warm water.

Q….Will the wheels damage my wooden floor?
A….No. The wheels are of a soft plastic construction avoiding damage of internal hard floors.

Q….How heavy are the toys?
A….The large Palomino Action Pony weighs 17kgs. All other Action Ponies and Animals weigh approximately 15kgs.

Q….I am concerned that my child will quickly grow out of this toy.
A….There are two levels of stirrup position to suit the leg length of the rider, so the Action Ponies and Animals will see your child right through their childhood.

Q….Have the toys been approved for the UK market?
A….Yes. The Action Ponies and Animals are approved to CE standard EN71

Q….Are there any other animals available?
A….Yes. Other animals and sizes are available to Special Order. Please contact us for details.

Q….What delivery method do you use?
A….We use FedEx Next Day Service which for which we charge £9.95 for each parcel. This charge excludes Ireland, Channel Isles and Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for these charges, including International rates.
Please note that the Large Palomino Action Pony is delivered personally within a 25 mile radius of Matlock because of the risk of damage due to it's irregular size and shape. Collection on all products is welcome.

A….Yes, all products supplied by us are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase.
